Kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) dan identifikasi subsektor unggulan daerah Kabupaten Lampung Barat

Penelitian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB dan Identifikasi subsektor basidunggulan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Barat, bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB, sektor basis/unggulan dan kontnbusi sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Lampung Barat selama periode penelitian (1 994- 2000). Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai bahan pertimbangan penentuan kebijakan perencanaan pembangman pertanian di Kabupaten Lampung Barat, atau menimal sebagai bahan informasi bagi pihakpihak yang memerlukan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan dengan masalahmasalah pembangunan pertanian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, analisis LQ (Location Quotient), analisis Shlft-Share, Analisis model rasio pertumbuhan, analisis Overlay dan Analisis kontnbusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa proporsi tenaga kerja yang bekerja di sektor pertanian berpengaruh terhadap kontribusi sektor pertanian pada PDRB, sedangkan proporsi alokasi dana sektor pertanian dan proporsi alokasi dam sektor transportadhfiastruktur tidak berpengamh terhadap kontribusi sektor pertanian pada PDRB dan kontribusi sektor pertanian setelah krisis moneter lebih besar dari pada sebelum krisis moneter. Had analisis Overlay menunjukkan bahwa subsektor yang kecendrungannya tumbuh dominan, kompetitif, dan surplus adalah subsektor perkebunan, subsektor yang kecendrungannya kompetitif dan surplus adalah subsektor tanaman bahan makanan, subsektor yang kecendrungannya tumbuh dominan dan kompetitif adalah subsektor penkanan, subsektor yang kecendrungannya surplus adalah subsektor kehutanan, sedangkan subsektor yang tidak tumbuh dominan, tidak kompetitif dan tidak surplus adalah subsektor peternakan dan hasilnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kontribusi sektor pertanian selama periode analsis; subsektor yang terbesar besar kontribusinya adalah subsektor perkebunan kemudian diikuti oleh subsektor tanaman bahan makanan, perikanan, peternakan dan hasilnya, kehutanan. Hasil analisis LQ (Location Quotient) Subsektor perkebunan, Tanaman bahan makanan dan Kehutanan sebagai subsektor basis yang kuat dalam perannya memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap PDRB sektor pertanian Kabupaten Lampung Barat.

The research factors that influence the contribution of agricultural sector to PDRB and identification of superior sub sector at West Lampung Regency, which aimed to know factors that influence contribution of agricultural sector to PDRB, basichperior sector and contribution of agricultural sector at West Lampung Regency for research period (1994-2000). It is hopped that by this result of research could be able to be consideration materials of policies decision for agricultural development at West Lampung Regency, or minimally become information materials for parties that need it, especially that is related to agricultural development. The analysis that had been used are double regression analysis, LQ (Location Quotient) analysis, Shlft-Share analysis, growth ration model analysis, Overlay analysis and analysis of agricultural sector contribution to PDRB at West Lampung Regency. By research result, it could be concluded that the proportion of men powers that are working at agricultural sector had influence to contribution of agricultural sector at PDRB and contribution of agricultural sector after monetary crisis became larger than before the crisis. The Overlay analysis showed that sub sector which the tendency grew dominantly, competitively, and became surplus is plantation sub sector, sub sector that the tendency is swlus and competitive is food plants, sub sector that the tendency is growing dominantly and competitively is fishery, sub sector that the tendency is surplus is forestry, and sub sector which is growing not dominantly, not competitively and not surplus is husbandry. Based on the result of analysis of agricultural sector contribution at analysis period; the largestcontribution- sub sector is agriculture sub sector then followed by food plants, fishery, husbandry, forestry. The analysis of LQ (Location Quotient), plantation, food plants and forestry sub sectors-which are basic one-become strong character for giving the largest of contribution to PDRB of agriculture sector at West Lampung Regency.
