EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) DI RSIA KELUARGA KITA CURUG TANGERANG MENGGUNAKAN HOT-FIT MODEL

Latar Belakang : RSIA Keluarga Kita sedang mengupayakan peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Hal ini dikarenakan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang lengkap, mutu pelayanan yang sesuai harapan, dan memenuhi standar keamanan pasien (patient safety) yang mengacu pada standar akreditasi nasional. Untuk itu, perlu sistem pendukung pelayanan yang terintegrasi, efektif, dan efesien, baik dari segi waktu, lingkup pelayanan, sampai dengan hasil kegiatan kerja. Sistem pendukung pelayanan yang dimaksud ialah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Hal ini sesuai dengan misi RSIA Keluarga Kita, yaitu menyiapkan tenaga manajemen yang profesional dan sistem informasi yang menjamin terlaksananya sistem pelayanan yang komprehensif dan nyaman. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi dan mengeksplorasi penerapan SIMRS di RSIA Keluarga Kita berikut hambatan-hambatannya. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur . Hasil Penelitian dan Pembahasan: Implementasi SIMRS di RSIA Keluarga Kita berjalan dalam kondisi tidak optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai hambatan dari faktor manusia, organisasi dan teknologi yang mempengaruhi kualitas informasi, sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan belum seluruhnya bisa dijadikan bahan pengambilan keputusan bagi manajemen RSIA Keluarga Kita. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Berdasarkan evaluasi sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Human-Organization-technology (HOT) FIT Model, hasil penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan antara faktor Human (manusia), Organization (organisasi) dan Technology (teknologi) dengan kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan dalam implementasi SIMRS Teramedik di RSIA Keluarga Kita. Perlu adanya sosialisasi pengembangan dan penerapan SIMRS pada semua personil di rumah sakit agar timbul pemahaman akan tujuan dan manfaat SIMRS. Dengan demikian diharapkan semua level organisasi dalam rumah sakit akan mendukung penerapan SIMRS.

Background : RSIA Keluarga Kita working on improving quality of care. This is due to the increasing public demand for a complete service, quality services that meet the expectations, and meet the standards of patients safety, which refers to the national accreditation standards. For that, it needs the support system of integrated services, effective, and efficient, both in terms of time, scope of services, until the results of work activities. System support services mean that the Hospital Management Information System. This is consistent with the mission of RSIA Keluarga Kita, that prepare skilled professional management and information systems that guarantee the comprehensive service system and convenient. Objective: Evaluate and explore the application of SIMRS in RSIA Keluarga Kita and constraint. Method :This type of research is qualitative research with case study design. The study was conducted using a structured interview techniques. Result and discussion: Implementation SIMRS in RSIA Keluarga Kita in conditions not optimal, becaused various barriers of human factors, organization and technology that affect the quality of information, so that the resulting information can be used as the material has not been entirely for management decision making RSIA Keluarga Kita. Conclusion and recommendation: Based on the evaluation of information systems by using Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) FIT Model, the research is there is correlation between Human, Organization and Technology with the quality system, the quality of information and quality of information in the implementation SIMRS Teramedik in RSIA Keluarga Kita.Socialization needs SIMRS the development and implementation of all personnel at the hospital to arise pemahanan be of interest and benefit SIMRS. It is hoped all levels of the organization in the hospitals will support the implementation of SIMRS.
