Analisis faktor-faktor produksi gondorukem di PGT Sapuran PT. Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi gondorukem serta menganalisa tingkat efisiensi alokatif produksi gondorukem di PT Perhutani unit I Jawa Tengah KPH Kedu Selatan PGT Sapuran. Data yang digunakan berupa data runtun waktu (time series) bulanan yang difokuskan pada faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi dan besarnya biaya produksi pada periode 2000 sampai 2001. Dari hasil analisis fungsi produksi menunjukkan bahwa getah pinus, asam dan oksalat, dan solar secara statistik berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 99%. Tenaga kerja tidak langsung secara statistik berpengaruh pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, sedangkan kapur tohor dan tenaga kerja langsung secara statistik tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi gondorukem. Persamaan produksi menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikkan 1%, getah pinus akan berpotensi naik 57,847%, solar 4,6630%, MFO 5,7643% asam oksalat 26,209% kapur tohor 1,5 172% tenaga kerja tidak langsung 4,3806% dan tenaga kerja langsung 0,8277% terhadap produksi gondorukem. Analisis fungsi biaya menunjukkan bahwa produksi gondorukem, produksi gondorukem kuadrat, dan jumlah getah dimasak berpengaruh nyata secara statistik terhadap produksi gondorukem. Biaya tetap produksi gondorukem per kg pada jumlah getah di masak tahun 2000 sebesar Rp. 1737,5/kg menjadi Rp. 1783,813 /kg pada jumlah getah masak tahun 200 1. Hasil analisis efisiensi alokatif menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan input solar, MFO, kapur tohor dan tenaga kerja langsung tidak efisien sedangkan getah pinus, asam oksalat, tenaga kerja tidak langsung belum efisien Hasil analisis trend menunjukkan bahwa faktor waktu tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi gondorukem

The aim of the reserch are to analize the factors which are influence the production of Gondorukem and to analize the alokatif efficiency level of gondorukem production at PGT Sapuran KPH South Kedu PT Perhutani Unit I Central Java. The data is mounthly time series data focused on the production factors influencing the production and cost of production from the year of 2000 The result of production function analysis shows the resin of pine, occalat acid,and diesel fuel influences statistically to the reability level for about 99%. The indirect labour is influence toward the reability level satatistically for about 95%, meanwhile kapur tohor, and the direct labour does not influences the production of gondorukem. The production’s equation shows that 1 YO raise, pine resin will be potencial to the raise of production as 57,847%, diesel fuel 4,6630%, % MFO 5,7643%, Occalat acid 26,209Y0, kapur tohor 1.5 172%’ indirect labour 4,3806%, direct labour 0’8277% towards gondorukem production. The analysis of cost function shows that gondorukem production, squared gondorukem production, and pine resin cooked influences to the gondorukem production. The production fixed cost of gondorukem for each kilogram at 2000 for about Rp. 1737,5 of a kilogram to Rp. 1783,813 for each kilogram at 2001. The result of the allocative efficinecy of diesel fuel input, MFO, kapur tohor and direct labour are not efficient. Meanwhile the pine resin, occalat acid, and the indn-ect labour are not efficient yet. The result of trend analysis shows that the time factor is not influence toward the gondorukem production. up to 2001.
