ARTBOX Creative and Co-Working Space sebagai penyedia coworking space ingin mengajak dan menawarkan sebuah konsep baru dari tempat bekeja. Di Coworking space, penggunannya bisa bekerja dengan suasana yang nyaman dan dapat berinterasi dengan banyak orang dari berbagai disiplin ilmu. Rencana bisnis ini disusun dengan memperhatikan analisis dan evaluasi melalui sudut pandang lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal, serta menggunakan konsep strategi fungsional yang bertujuan memenuhi peluang membangun coworking space di Yogyakarta yang inovatif. Penyusunan strategi dalam membangun dan merencanakan bisnis ini dijabarkan secara rinci yang meliputi beberapa rencana,yaitu : rencanaan pemasaran, rencanaan operasional, rencanaan sumber daya manusia dan rencanaan keuangan. Hasil analisis keuangan menunjukkan perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV) Rp .683.380.808 , the Internal Rate of Return ( IRR ) of 39 % and Payback Period ( PP) selama 2 Tahun 1 Bulan. Menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini layak diperhitungkan.
