Peran Iklim Sekolah Dan Keotoriteran Pola Asuh OrangTua Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

2016 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris tentang peran iklim sekolah dan keotoriteran pola asuh orang tua baik secara simultan maupun parsial dalam memprediksi munculnya perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa SMP X yang terletak di Maospati Karesidenan madiun. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 180 siswa yang terdaftar aktif pada jenjang kelas VII dan VIII. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala perilaku bullying, skala iklim sekolah, dan skala keotoriteran pola asuh orang tua. Analisis data yang dipakai menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah dan keotoriteran pola asuh orang tua secara simultan dapat memprediksi munculnya perilaku bullying di sekolah. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan kedua variabel tersebut adalah sebesar 10,3%. Sementara secara parsial, iklim sekolah dapat memberikan kontribusi secara signifikan yaitu sebesar 9,85%, sedangkan keotoriteran pola asuh orang tua tidak dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap munculnya perilaku bullying di sekolah.
This research is aimed at testing the role of school climate and authoritarian of parents education empirically both simultaneously and partially in predicting the emergence of bullying behavior at school. The subject of research was the students of SMP X which was located in Maospati, Madiun residency. The number of subject in this research was 180 students who were active in grade VII and VIII. Instrument of collecting data in this research used three scales, namely the scale of bullying behavior, the scale of school climate and the scale of authoritarian parents education. The data analysis implemented in this research was multiple regression technique. The result of the research showed that the school climate and authoritarian parents education could predict the emergence of bullying behavior at school. The effective contribution given by two variables was 10.3%. Meanwhile, partially, the school climate could give the contribution significantly towards the emergence of bullying behavior at school amounted to 9.85%. while authoritarian of parents education are not able to make a significant contribution towards the emergence of bullying behavior at school.
