HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI IBU TENTANG PERAN PETUGAS KESEHATAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGONSUMSI TABLET BESI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS REMU KOTA SORONG

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi kejadian anemia di dunia terdapat di negaranegara dengan pendapatan rendah dan menengah. Indonesia menduduki urutan ketiga di wilayah Asia Tenggara dengan prevalensi anemia 44%. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya anemia adalah kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi zat besi. Petugas kesehatan dalam pelayanan antenatal mempunyai peran untuk mendukung kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi ibu tentang peran petugas kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif observational study dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 orang ibu hamil yang mengalami anemia. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Mei 2016 hingga Juni 2016 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Remu Sorong. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan lembar observasi dengan analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji Gamma. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan karakteristik responden mayoritas responden berada pada kelompok umur tidak beresiko (66,7%), pekerjaan kk non Pns (96,1%), pendidikan ibu mayoritas SMA/PT (51%), jumlah anak mayoritas lebih dari 2 (54,9%), riwayat kehamilan multipara (86,3%), umur kehamilan trimester II (52,9%) dan anemia ringan (84,3). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya korelasi bermakna (p value 0,004; koefisien korelasi: 0,897) antara persepsi ibu tentang peran petugas kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi ibu tentang peran petugas kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi.

Background: Anemia is prevalent in low and middle income countries. Indonesia is in the Third Place pamong East-Asian Region with 44 percent prevalence Ade of anemia. One of the factors which causes anemia is the obedience of mother do consume iron tablet. The antenatal Health workers have a role in supporting the obedience of expectants do consume iron tablet. Objective: To determine the correlation of mother perception about health workers role with the obedience do consume iron tablet. Methods: This study used quantitative study with cross sectional design. These samples included 51 pregnant women who are anemic. For the sample, we used a accidental sampling technique according to the inclusive criteria. This study has been conducted from May 2016 until June 2016 in the Remu Works zone Health Center. Results: Based on the characteristics of the respondents the majority of respondents were in the age group is not at risk (66.7%), non Pns kk work (96.1%), higher maternal education majority (51%), the number of children the majority of more than two (54.9%) , history of pregnancy multiparous (86.3%), the second trimester of gestation (52.9%) and mild anemia (84.3).
