Pergeseran Terjemahan Grup Nominal Bahasa Prancis dalam Novel "La Dame aux camélias"

Setiap bahasa memiliki sistem yang berbeda antara satu dengan yang lain. Salah satu contohnya adalah bahasa Prancis (bP) yang memiliki sistem yang berbeda dengan bahasa Indonesia (bI). Perbedaan sistem menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran terjemahan saat menerjemahkan suatu teks dari bahasa sumber (BSu) ke bahasa sasaran (BSa). Penelitian ini membahas pergeseran terjemahan yang menyebabkan grup nomina (GN) dalam novel La Dame aux camélias (LDac) yang diterjemahkan ke bentuk gramatikal selain nomina/frasa nominal seperti verba, ajektiva, dsb dalam versi terjemahannya yaitu The Lady of the Camellias (TLotC). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan macam-macam bentuk gramatikal selain nomina/frasa nominal yang merupakan hasil dari pergeseran terjemahan yang terjadi pada GN dan menjelaskan jenis pergeseran terjemahan yang menyebabkan pergeseran GN tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode catat sebagai metode pengumpulan data, metode padan sebagai metode analisis data dan metode informal sebagai metode penyajian data. Ada dua teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teori pergeseran terjemahan dari J.C. Catford (1965) dan teori GN dalam bP. Hasil penelitian adalah paparan jumlah dan bentuk gramatikal non-nomina yang berpadanan GN dan jenis pergeseran terjemahan yang menyebabkan pergeseran bentuk-bentuk gramatikal tersebut.

Every language in the world has its own grammatical framework and regulations. In this case, the French language has a wholly different grammatical system than that of the Indonesian language. This is what causes translation shifts to happen in the process of going from the source language (SL) to the target language (TL). This research delves into the translation shifts that result in various forms of translation equivalents of the French nominal groups found in the Indonesian version of La Dame aux camellias, which is The Lady of the Camellias. The research aims to lay out nominal groups that got translated into a wide variety of parts of speech other than nouns/nominal groups such as verbs, adjectives, etc., and also to give a detailed explanation as to what types of translation shifts that cause them. The manner in which the research is written down is descriptive, using a comparative method. Two theories are applied to this research: the theory of translation shift by J.C. Catford (1965) and the theory of French nominal groups. A written report of the amount and forms of various translation equivalents of the French nominal groups along with the types of translation shifts that cause them is the final result of the research.
