Reintegrasi merupakan proses yang paling penting pasca konflik atau perang untuk menjaga perdamaian. Demikian pula dengan konflik Aceh yang terjadi selama hampir 30 tahun. Reintegrasi dilakukan di Aceh pasca penadatanganan MoU Helsinki pada tahun 2006 yang bertujuan memberikan bantuan terhadap mantan kombatan GAM. Penanganan reintegrasi di Aceh melibatkan beberapa lembaga. Dalam tesis ini akan menjelaskan tentang lembaga yang terlibat dalam proses reintegrasi tersebut baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Akan dijelaskan juga program yang terkait dengan reintegrasi di Aceh. Tujuan tesis ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan reintegrasi di Aceh yang telah memasuki tahun kesebelas. Tingkat keberhasilan itu akan dilihat dari beberapa parameter yang dijadikan acuan pelaksanaan reintegrasi di Aceh termasuk dimensi dan tantangan reintegrasi. Akan dijelaskan juga beberapa permaslahan dalam reintegrasi di Aceh. Dengan melihat pemasalahan dan mencocokkan dengan parameter maka pada akhir tesis akan menemukan jawaban terhadap tingkat keberhasilan reintegrasi di Aceh.

Reintegration is one of the most important process in post conflict area to gain sustainable peace. It is also needed in Aceh after having conflict for almost 30 years. Reintegration in Aceh was started after the signing of MoU Helsinki in 2006 to provide assistance for former combatant of Free Aceh Movement (GAM). The process of reintegration in Aceh involving some agencies. This thesis to mention and explaining the agencies which come from local and international that involve in the process. And also will be mentioned the programs that run by the agencies related to the reintegration itself. The goal of this thesis to overview the level of success reintegration process in Aceh after almost 11 years being done. The level of success will seen by some parameters that used as reference of implementation including the dimensions and challenges of reintegration. By seeing the problems of reintegration and to match with parameters, this thesis finally to find the answer about the level of success reintegration implementation in Aceh.
