PELAKSANAAN PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM ATAS HAK REPRODUKSI BAGI PEKERJA PEREMPUAN PADA KANTOR NOTARIS DI WILAYAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan perjanjian kerja antara Notaris dengan pekerja perempuan dan pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum atas hak reproduksi bagi pekerja perempuan yang bekerja pada Kantor Notaris di Wilayah Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yang bersifat normatif-empiris yaitu bertitik pada kenyataan dan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan, kemudian menghubungkannya dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Cara memperoleh data, dilakukan penelitian lapangan agar mengetahui fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan, yakni melalui wawancara terhadap narasumber dan responden. Seluruh data kemudian diuraikan dan dianalisa secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam Pelaksanaan Perlindungan Hukum Atas Hak Reproduksi Bagi Pekerja Perempuan Pada Kantor Notaris Di Wilayah Kota Yogyakarta masih banyak Notaris yang belum melaksanakan perlindungan hukum atas hak reproduksi sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hak reproduksi yang seharusnya diberikan sebagai hak kodrat setiap perempuan khususnya yang bekerja yaitu hak cuti melahirkan, hak menyusui, hak istirahat pada masa haid, dan hak cuti pada saat keguguran.

This research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the employment agreement between the Notary to women workers and the implementation of the legal protection of reproductive rights for women workers who work on the Notary Office in the Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a normative law-dotted empirical reality and the problems that occur in the field, then connect with the legislation in force. How to obtain the data, carried out field research in order to know the facts on the ground, through interviews with informants and respondents. All data is then described and analyzed descriptively qualitative. Based on the results of research, the Implementation of the Law On Protection of Reproductive Rights For Women Workers At Notary Office in Yogyakarta City area there are many notaries who do not implement the legal protection of reproductive rights according to the rules applicable legislation. Reproductive rights that should be granted as a natural right of every woman, especially working-the right to maternity leave, the right to breastfeed, rest during menstrual periods, and leave entitlements at the time of the miscarriage.
