Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah menjelaskan tentang penyelamatan asip gambar ukur, dari langkah, cara penyelamatan arsip gambar ukur. Pada tema penyelamatan arsip gambar ukur ini praktik dilakukan di kantor pertanahan nasional karena penyelamatan arsip gambar ukur itu sendiri lebih cenderung ke badan pertanahan nasional karena yang menangani arsip gambar ukur tersebut. Terdapat dua metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini. Yakni observasi partisipasif dan studi pustaka. Semua metode tersebut dilaksanakan dalam menjalankan penyusunan tugas akhir agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Kesimpulan dari tugas akhir ini adalah arsip gambar ukur yang diselamatkan oleh badan pertanahan nasional kabupaten kulon progo pada dasarnya sudah berjalan dengan baik dan tertata, akan tetapi masih ada beberapa kekurangan. Kekurangan yang dihadapi adalah banyaknya ruangan yang tidak didukung sarana tambahan untuk menjamin kualitas udara serta minimnya pengetahuan tentang ilmu kearsipan.

The purpose of writing this final report is to explain about preseve archive gambar ukur, out of step, a way of preserving the archive of gambarukur. On the theme of preserving the archive of pictures this practice measuring is done on national land Office due to preserve the archives of the image resized itself more inclined to the national land agency for handling the gambar ukur archive. There are two methods used in the preparation of this final task. is the observation and study of the literature. All of these methods are implemented in the preparation of the final project run in order to get maximum results. The conclusion of this final project is the gambar ukur archive in the preserve by badan pertanahan nasional kabupaten kulon progo essentially been running well and beautifully, but there are still some deficiencies. The shortcomings encountered is the number of the room that is not supported for additional means to ensure air quality as well as the lack of knowledge about archival science.
