Penilaian rumah tinggal ini beralamat di Jalan Pandega Duta III No XX Kelurahan Caturtunggal, Kecamatan Depok, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Rumah tinggal ini mempunyai luas tanah 563 m2 dan luas bangunan 262 m2. Tujuan Penilaian ini adalah untuk jual beli dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Biaya. Nilai Pasar tanah dihitung menggunakan metode perbandingan harga jual, sedangkan nilai bangunan dihitung dengan metode survei kuantitas. Nilai Pasar bangunan didapat dari Biaya Penggantian Baru (RCN) dikurangi penyusutan. Nilai Pasar rumah tinggal yang dihitung menggunakan Pendekatan Biaya adalah sebesar Rp.4.465.242.600,00 atau terbilang (Empat Miliar Empat Ratus Enam Puluh Lima Juta Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Dua Ribu Enam Ratus Rupiah).
