Penilaian rumah tinggal milik Ibu Nur Amalia yang terletak di Perum Griya Arga Permai Blok II No.2, Desa Nogotirto, Kecamatan Gamping, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta untuk tujuan jual beli. Dalam penilaian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan biaya dan dilakukan analisis Highest and Best Use (HBU). Nilai Pasar yang dihasilkan pada tanggal penilaian 8 Agustus 2016 sebesar Rp989.821.036,- (Sembilan Ratus Delapan Puluh Sembilan Juta Delapan Ratus Dua Puluh Satu Ribu Tiga Puluh Enam Rupiah).

This property appraisal result of a house belongs to Mrs. Nur Amalia located at Perum Griya Arga Permai Block II Numb.2, Nogotirto village, Gamping subdistrict, Sleman regency, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is for the purpose of buying and selling. The analysis tools used in this appraisal are income approach and highest and best use. The Market Value from the property appraising that has been done on Agust, 8 2016 is Rp989.821.036,- (Nine Hundred and Eighty Nine Million Eight Hundred and Twenty-one Thousand Thirty-six Rupias).
