BETON DENGAN SUBSTITUSI FLY ASH DAN VARIASI BAHAN ADITIF DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SEMEN MERK TIGA RODA

Pemilihan dan penggunaan beton sebagai bahan konstruksi adalah faktor efektifitas dan tingkat efisiensinya. Bahan pengisi beton terbuat dari bahan bahan yang mudah diperoleh dan mempunyai keawetan serta kekuatan. Bahan pengganti diantaranya berupa fly ash yg ditambahkan dengan variasi zat aditif(grace). Tujuan pembuatan beton ini adalah untuk mendapatkan campuran beton yang hemat bahan ikat.untuk mengetahui akibat penambahan zat aditif terhadap waktu awal ikatan semen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian pengaruh zat aditif terhadap kuat tekan beton. Alat yang digunakan yaitu concrete mixer, kerucut abraham, cetakan silinder danalat uji tekan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengukur kuat tekan. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan semen pozzolan, agregat halus dan kasar, air, bahan tambah fly ash dan zat aditif berupa grace. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasl bahwa kuat tekan beton bervariasi mulai dari beton normal hingga penambahan zat aditif. Semakin banyak penambahan zat aditif maka semakin turun kuat tekannya.kadar zat aditif grace optimum digunakan pada kadar 2%. Hal ini menunjukkan penambahan grace tidak meningkatkan kekuatan awal beton sehingga grace bisa berfungsi sebagai superplasticizer dan water reducer

Selection and use of concrete as a construction material is a factor of effectiveness and efficiency levels . The filler is made of concrete materials are easily available and have the durability and strength . Substitutes them in the form of fly ash which is added with a variety of additives ( grace ) . The purpose of making this concrete is to get the fuel- mix concrete ikat.untuk know the result of the addition of additives to the start time of the cement bond . This study uses compressive strength . tools such as concrete mixers, cone abraham , mold andOther cylinder compression test. Tests conducted with a strong measure tekan.bahan materials used pozzolan cement , fine and coarse aggregates , water , fly ash added ingredients and additives in the form of grace From this research showed that the compressive strength of concrete varies from normal to the addition of additives . The more the addition of additives , the more powerful down tekannya.kadar grace optimum additive used at a level of 2 % . This shows the addition of grace does not increase the early strength of concrete so that grace can function as a superplasticizer and water reducer
