Pembuatan Simulasi Container Conveyor Di PT GS BATTERY MENGGUNAKAN PLC CP1E E30

PLC Omron CP1E E30 dalam tugas akhir ini digunakan sebagai perangkat yang mengatur proses simulasi Conveyor Container dengan instruksi yang sudah diprogram. Sedangkan Conveyor Container adalah layout conveyor yang digunakan untuk membawa container kemudian dilanjutkan pada proses inserting element. Pada simulasi PLC CP1E E30 akan dihubungkan terhadap tiga buah trainer conveyor melalui relay. Tiga buah conveyor yang digunakan mempunyai fungsi berbeda-beda. Pada ketiga conveyor ini akan diawali dengan conveyor satu melaju yang terhubung dengan proximity agar melakukan proses pencacahan yang dilakukan dari instruksi PLC. Kemudian akan diteruskan oleh conveyor dua yang terhubung proximity. Conveyor dua akan dilanjutkan dengan conveyor tiga, kemudian sifat conveyor tiga ini continue. Program PLC conveyor berhasil dibuat menggunakan CX Programer. PLC akan menampilkan input dan output yang ketika itu aktif dari tombol input start, emergency, stop, dan ada input dari sensor. Begitu juga output conveyor, single acting cylinder akan aktif ketika sudah sesuai dengan urutan ladder pada PLC. Kemudian uji coba dilanjutkan pada hardware yang sudah ada yaitu trainer conveyor dan pneumatic single acting cylinder beserta peralatan pendukung yang lain.

Container Conveyor is some device which transver container to operators. Container is the accu element case with per element for one division of container. When containers operator come to prepare containers, the operator take the container on to conveyor. The writer make the program with three conveyors. Once conveyor has difference caracteristic with others. Conveyor number one just rotate and count. For the second conveyor rotate when the single acting cylinder active with limit switch and count the container. And the last conveyor just rotate. The Final Project has consultated with lecturer and other peoples who have education about PLC. Before the writer bact to campus, writer has observation about the conveyor from PT GS Battery. After the program has finished, the writer try to PLC trainer. The writer try program to PLC with type CP1E by Omron Industry. Then try to hardware components to make some simulation of container conveyor which the program has finished.
