Pokok pembahasan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah menjelaskan proses penyusunan LAKIP SKPD Dinas Kebudayaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun 2015. Pada proses penyusunannya tentu saja berlandaskan PERMENPAN Nomor 53 Tahun 2014 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Perjanjian Kinerja, Pelaporan Kinerja dan Tata Cara Review Atas Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah. Cara penyusunan suatu dokumen LAKIP tentu saja harus memperhatikan pokok-pokok yang termuat dalam peraturan tersebut agar memiliki legitimasi hukum. Legitimasi atau kekuatan hukum tersebut sekaligus memberikan jaminan atas pertanggungjawaban instansi pemerintah SKPD Dinas Kebudayaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta kepada instansi pemerintah yang lebih tinggi (yang memberikan mandat kepada instansi pemerintah SKPD Dinas Kebudayaan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta melalui Perjanjian Kinerja). Sebelum seluruh subbagian stuktur organisasi Dinas Kebudayaan melaporkan hasil kinerja masing-masing, perlu memperhatikan : landasan yang akan digunakan dalam menyusun dokumen LAKIP, tujuan yang ingin dicapai setelah dokumen LAKIP telah dilaporkan kepada instansi pemerintah yang lebih tinggi, waktu penyusunan LAKIP, para pihak yang akan terlibat dalam proses penyusunan LAKIP, isi atau sistematika dokumen LAKIP, serta cover dokumen LAKIP yang mencirikan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

In issue in this thesis is to explain the process of preparing LAKIP SKPD Office of Culture in Yogyakarta Year 2015. In the process of developing course based PERMENPAN No. 53 Year 2014 on Technical Guidelines for Performance Agreement, Performance Reporting and Review Procedures Statements Government Performance.
