Seiring kemajuan jaman, teknologi semakin maju. Persaingan industri semakin ketat, menjaga kualitas produksi menjadi salah satu cara agar perusahaan tetap dapat bersaing dalam industri. Sebagai contoh, untuk menjaga kualitas produksi di PT Astra Daido Steel Indonesia pada proses Toyota Diffusion digunakan mesin Agitator Toyota Diffusion Process. Mesin ini digunakan untuk mengaduk campuran boraks dan vanadium carbide pada proses Toyota Diffusion. Dari pengamatan pada saat kerja praktik. Sistem kerja yang dapat dikembangkan menggunakan sistem otomatis menggunakan PLC. Sistem otomatis sangat membantu dalam menjaga kualitas produksi. Pengetahuan tentang sistem otomatis dapat diperoleh dari mata kuliah praktik kontrol otomatis yang menggunakan training kit dan simulator. Sebagai contoh penerapan sistem otomatis maka dibuatlah simulasi mesin Agitator Toyota Diffusion Process. Simulasi mesin Agitator Toyota Diffusion Process dibuat menggunakan training kit yang telah ada di laboratorium, dengan menggabungkan training kit yang ada, simulasi mesin agitator dapat dibuat. Simulasi mesin agitator ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mahasiswa untuk membuat rangkaian sistem otomasi yang bermanfaat di dunia industri modern.

The industry competition gets more intense and maintaining the quality of the production becomes one of many ways for a company to remain competitive in the industry. As an example, The Agitator Toyota Diffusion Process Machine Simulation is used to keep the quality of the Toyota Diffusion Process in PT Astra Daido Steel Indonesia. The automated system is very helpful in maintaining the quality of production. Knowledge of automation system can be obtained from practice of automatic control at the laboratory using training kits and simulator. As an example of the application of automated system then made The simulation Agitator Machine Simulation. The Agitator Toyota Diffusion Process Machine Simulation is manufactured by utilizing training kits that has been provided in the laboratory. By merging the training kits, the agitator machine simulation can be manufactured. The Agitator Machine Simulation can be used as a medium of learning for students to create a series of automation systems that are useful in the modern industrial world.
