PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA INDUSTRI CV. AGRINDO SUPRAFOOD MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX)

INTISARI CV. Agrindo Suprafood adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang makanan. Produk yang dihasilkan diantaranya nata bio coco berat 135 ml menggunakan bahan baku nata de coco potongan dadu, ukuran 1,5 × 1,5 × 1,5 cm. Untuk mengukur kinerja di perusahaan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu metode pengukuran produktivitas. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah OMAX. Objective Matrix (OMAX) adalah suatu system pengukuran produktivitas parsial yang dikembangkan untuk memantau produktivitas disetiap bagian perusahaan dengan kriteria produktivitas yang sesuai dengan keberadaan bagian tersebut (objective). Untuk mengetahui pengukuran tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan metode OMAX, pengolahan data meliputi penetapan kriteria produktivitas, penetapan performansi, kinerja terburuk, kinerja standar, penetapan sasaran akhir dan penetapan bobot kriteria pekerja, mencari skor, kemudian mencari penentuan nilai target standard dan terburuk. Data yang telah diolah tersebut dicantumkan pada matrix OMAX. Setelah itu, dapat diketahui rasio yang berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan atau penurunan produktivitas dengan melihat masing-masing rasio dari seluruh periode pengukuran. Untuk perubahan indikator performansi bulan april 202,5 lalu bulan mei sebesar 97,5 sedangkan bulan juni sebesar 277,5. Untuk bulam mei mengalami penurunan secara drastis kemungkinan hal ini di sebabkan karena nilai indeks produktivitas bergantung pada efisiensi pemakaian sumber kerja yang digunakan (input) dalam proses produksi. Sering kali kerja lembur atau jam kerja yang lebih dari 40 jam per minggu tidak dapat dihindari, misalnya untuk mengejar sasaran jadwal, hal ini akan dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya efisiensi kerja. Products produced include nata bio coco weight 135 ml using raw material of nata de coco, dice size pieces 1.5 × 1.5 × 1.5 cm. To measure performance at these companies required a method of measuring productivity. On the research methods used are the OMAX. Objective Matrix (OMAX) is a partial productivity measurement system developed for monitoring productivity of laptop part company with the productivity criteria in accordance with the existence of that section (objective). To know the measurements of the rate of productivity of labor with OMAX method, data processing covers the determination of the criteria of productivity, performance, the performance of the worst assignment,performance standards, goal setting and final determination of weighting criteria workers, looking for a score, then look for the determination of the value of the standard and target the worst. Data that has been processed by the imprinted on the matrix OMAX. After that, theratio can be known to the increase or decrease in productivity by looking at each ofthe ratio of the entire measurement period.
