KELAYAKAN USAHA PETERNAKAN PUYUH RAS PETELUR POLA KEMITRAAN DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) besaran pendapatan dan kentungan, (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan, serta (3) kelayakan usaha peternakan puyuh ras petelur pola kemitraan dengan PT. Peksi Gunaraharja di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Pengambilan responden sebanyak 30 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Kelayakan usaha dianalisis dengan analisis R/C ratio, produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan analisis BEP. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model Ordinary Least Sqquare (OLS). Rerata besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh peternak dengan rerata populasi usaha 8.400 ekor burung puyuh sebesar Rp. 3 /tahun dan keuntungan Rp. 3/tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa usaha peternakan puyuh ras petelur pola kemitraan layak untuk dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis rasio keuntungan dan biaya, analisis produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan analisis BEP. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan antara lain luas lahan, umur peternak, dan jumlah populasi usaha. Semua faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh positif.

This research was aimed to determine (1) the amount of income and profit value, (2) the factors that affect revenue, and (3) the feasibility of laying quail farm partnership with PT. Peksi Gunaraharja in Sleman Regency. The basic method of this research was descriptive analysis. Thirty respondents were chosen through purposive sampling method. The analytical method is used to analyze feasibility of the industry based on R/C ratio, labor productivity, and analysis of BEP. Factors affecting income were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square models (OLS). The mean amount of the income of farmers with an average population of 8,400 birds quail effort Rp. 3 /year and a profit of Rp. 3/years. Results of the analysis showed that the laying quail farm business is feasible to be developed based on the analysis of the ratio of benefits and costs, labor productivity, and analysis of BEP. Factors that significantly influence the income is land area, farmers age, and the number of business population. All the factors that affect the income has a positive influence.
