Kelayakan Usahatani Salak Pondoh di Kecamatan Punggelan Kabupaten Banjarnegara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani salak pondoh di Kecamatan Punggelan Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi salak pondoh di Kecamatan Punggelan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner pada 30 petani salak pondoh dengan metode simple random sampling di Kecamatan Punggelan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Kelayakan usahatani salak pondoh dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria yaitu NPV (Net Present Value), Net B/C Ratio (Net Benefit Cost Ratio), dan IRR (Internal Rate of Return). Faktor-faktor produksi dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda (Fungsi Cobb-Douglas). Kegiatan usahatani salak pondoh di Kecamatan Punggelan menghasilkan produksi rata-rata sebesar 23.248,07 kg per hektar dengan rata-rata luas lahan 7.288,7 m2. Hasil analisis dengan diskon faktor 9% pada umur tanaman selama 15 tahun diketahui nilai NPV Rp 127.433.520,09 per hektar; Net B/C 2,10; dan IRR 38,48% sehingga diketahui usahatani layak untuk diusahakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi salak pondoh yaitu luas lahan dan umur tanaman yang berpengaruh positif.

This research aims to determine feasibility of salak pondoh farming in Punggelan District Banjarnegara Regency and to investigate the factors affecting production of salak pondoh farming in Punggelan District Banjarnegara Regency. The basic method is descriptive analysis method. This research use primary data which has been collected through questionnaire consists of 30 salak pondoh farmer by simple random sampling methods. Feasibility of salak pondoh farming was analyzed with three criteria which are NPV (Net Present Value), Net B/C Ratio (Net Benefit Cost Ratio), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). Factors affecting salak pondoh production was analyzed with multiple linier regression model (Cobb-Douglass production function). Salak pondoh farming activities in Punggelan district generate an average production as much as 23.248,07 kg/ha with an average of land area as much as 7.288,7 m2. The result shows with discount factor 9% during 15 years old age of plant salak pondoh farming system is feasible (NPV IDR 127.433.520,09; Net B/C ratio of 2,10; and IRR of 38,48%). The result showed that the factors affecting salak pondoh production are land area and the age of salak pondoh trees has positive effects towards salak pondoh production.
