ANALISIS KONVERSI LAHAN PERTANIAN DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) identifikasi lahan pertanian ke nonpertanian di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, (2) dampak konversi lahan pertanian terhadap hilangnya produksi padi dan pendapatan petani, (3) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap konversi lahan pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Badan Pusat Statistik dengan seratus tujuh petani yang lahan sawahnya terkonversi. Identifikasi lahan pertanian ke nonpertanian menggunakan analisis tabel dengan kriteria penggunaan ke perumahan, industri di luar pertanian, dan bukan untuk usaha. Dampak konversi lahan pertanian terhadap hilangnya produksi dan hilangnya pendapatan petani dapat menggunakan korelasi pearson. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap konversi lahan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa identifikasi lahan petanian ke nonpertanian ke perumahan, dan industri di luar pertanian. Korelasi pearson lahan konversi dengan hilangnya produksi dan pendapatan petani hasilnya tinggi. Analisis regresi linear berganda pada faktor yang mempengaruhi konversi lahan dari lima variabel yang berpengaruh hanya empat yang berpengaruh signifikan. Kata kunci: identifikasi lahan, dampak konversi lahan, faktor yang mempengaruhi.

ABSTRACT This research aims to understand (1) identification of agricultural land to non-agricultural in the province of central java, (2) the impact agricultural land conversion against the loss production of rice and income of farmers, (3) determining factors of agricultural land conversion in the province of central java. This research is using data from the central bureau of statistics with a hundred seven farmers which their paddy field are converted. The identification of conversion from agricultural land to non-agricultural is using table analysis and the criteria used are the use of the neighborhood, non-agricultural industry, and not for business. The impact of the agricultural land conversion against loss of production and income of farmers can be known using Pearson correlation. The factors that influence the conversion of land analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study said that the identification of agricultural land conversion to non-agricultural land, the neighborhood, and non-agricultural industry. The pearson correlation results that land conversion against the production loss and the income of farmers is high. Multiple linear regression analysis concludes that only four variables are significant to determine the land conversion out of five variables.
