THE CREATIVE TEAM PERFORMANCE IN PLAYGROUND PROGRAM AT GERONIMO RADIO

Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai Kinerja Tim Kreatif Program Playground di Radio Geronimo. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rasa keingintahuan penulis akan kinerja dari tim kreatif di radio khususnya program playground yang ada di Radio Geronimo. Informasi didapatkan dari observasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung selama masa magang di Radio Geronimo periode February�¢ï¿½ï¿½April 2016. Untuk menunjang hasil observasi, penulis juga melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa penyiar dan tim kreatif di Radio Geronimo. Tugas Akhir ini juga menggunakan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi mengenai bahan diskusi yang diambil dari beberapa buku tentang kreativitas. Data yang digunakan untuk menulis tugas akhir ini adalah data kualitatif yang telah dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan dengan bentuk deskripsi pada setiap bab. Dari hasil observasi tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa tim kreatif di Radio Geronimo memiliki kinerja yang baik. Pada bab kesimpulan, penulis akan merangkum mengenai kinerja apa saja yang telah dilakukan oleh tim kreatif program Playground di Geronimo. This graduating paper discusses Creative Team Performances in Playground Program at Geronimo Radio, as it is caused by the writer�¢ï¿½ï¿½s curiosity as a member of radio creative team performance especially Playground program at Geronimo Radio. Information was obtained directly or indirectly from observation during the writer�¢ï¿½ï¿½s internship at Radio Geronimo period February �¢ï¿½ï¿½ April 2016. To support the results of the observation, the writer also conducted interviews with some member of the creative team and the announcers at Radio Geronimo. This graduating paper also used a qualitative research to get the data and information about discussion topic from some books about creativity. Data that is used for this graduating paper is qualitative data which was already collected through the observation and will be described in every chapter. From the result of the observation can be proven that creative team in Geronimo Radio has a good performance. In conclusion chapter, the writer will summarize about the performance of creative team at the Geronimo Community programs. Keyword: Creative Team Performance, Geronimo Radio, Playground Program.
