SISTEM DAN PROSEDUR PENCATATAN ASET PADA BALAI BESAR KULIT, KARET DAN PLASTIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sistem dan prosedur pencatatan aset dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kendala implementasi sistem dan prosedur pencatatan aset pada Balai Besar Kulit, Karet dan Plastik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi sistem dan prosedur pencatatan aset pada Balai Besar Kulit, Karet dan Plastik sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam implementasi sistem dan prosedur pencatatan aset yaitu: 1. Barang tidak sesuai merk/spesifikasi yang diharapkan disebabkan petugas pembeli barang menganggap merk barang sama saja. 2. Barang tidak sesuai di Daftar Barang Ruangan (DBR) disebabkan mobilitas barang yang tinggi tanpa adanya pelaporan secara tertulis.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of systems and procedures for recording assets and the factors that cause the problems of system implementation and procedure of recording assets at the Great Hall of Leather , Rubber and Plastics . This research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through observation , documentation , and interviews . Results from this study showed that the implementation of systems and procedures for recording assets at the Great Hall of Leather , Rubber and Plastics have been done properly . The constraints experienced in the implementation of systems and procedures for the recording of assets , namely : 1. The goods are not appropriate brand / specification is expected to be caused officers goods buyer assume the same brand goods saja. 2. The goods are not appropriate in the List of Goods Room ( DBR ) due to the mobility of goods high in the absence of a written report .
