ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DAN BIAYA PEKERJAAN FONDASI BORED PILE MENGGUNAKAN ROTARY DRILLING RIG (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pascasarjana FK, UGM dan Proyek Pembangunan Gedung R. Soegondo FIB, UGM)

Keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator antara lain tepat waktu dan tepat biaya. Untuk mencapai indikator tersebut diperlukan suatu manajemen dalam mengelola sumber daya dan dana suatu proyek agar tercapai daya guna dan hasil yang optimal. Pekerjaaan pemasangan fondasi bored pile merupakan salah satu pekerjaaan yang cukup rumit sehingga diperlukan manajemen dan perencanaan yang matang. Pada beberapa proyek, alat berat yang digunakan dalam pemasangan fondasi ini berbeda-beda. Masing-masing alat dengan spesifikasi yang berbeda-beda ini juga memiliki produktivitas yang berbeda-beda. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis produktivitas dan biaya pekerjaan pemasangan fondasi bored pile beserta komponen-komponen biayanya berdasarkan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan di Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pascasarjana FK UGM dan Proyek Pembangunan Gedung R. Soegondo FIB UGM. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan merekam dan mencatat aktivitas pekerjaaan pemasangan fondasi bored pile. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan produktivitas, harga satuan pekerjaaan, dan biaya pelaksanaan di lapangan. Produktivitas dianalisis berdasarkan data volume dan durasi pekerjaan. Hasil analisis produktivitas kemudian digunakan sebagai input perhitungan harga satuan yang selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk menghitung biaya pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pekerjaaan fondasi bored pile D600 pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pascasarjana FK UGM yaitu pengeboran 27,79 m/jam; pemasangan casing 41,22 casing/jam; pemasangan tulangan 2370,77 kg/jam; dan pengecoran 16,93 m3/jam; sedangkan harga satuan pemasangan bored pile D600 sebesar Rp. 102.800,01/m. Produktivitas pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung R. Soegondo FIB UGM yaitu pengeboran 22,12 m/jam; pemasangan casing 36,92 casing/jam; pemasangan tulangan 1739,49 kg/jam; dan pengecoran 13,20 m3/jam; sedangkan harga satuan pemasangan bored pile D600 sebesar Rp. 125.708,17/m.

The success of a project can be seen from several indicators, among others, timely and cost. In order to achieve these indicators required for a management company to manage the resources and funding of a project in order to achieve efficiency and optimal results. Installation of bored pile foundation is one of the occupation is quite complicated so that the necessary management and planning. In some projects, the heavy equipment used in the installation of this foundation is different. Each of these tools with different specifications also have different productivity. In this research will be the analysis of productivity and the cost of installation of bored pile foundation along with the components of the cost is based on direct observation in the field. Research was conducted in Graduate School of Medical Faculty UGM Building Project and R. Soegondo Building Project in Faculty of Culture Science UGM. Observations was done by recording videos, as well as notes of bored pile foundation installation activity. The results were analyzed to gain productivity, unit price of work, and construction cost in the field. Productivity was analyzed based on the data volume and duration of work. The results of the analysis of productivity then used as input for the calculation of unit prices would then be used to calculate construction cost in the field. The results shows that the productivity of the installation of bored pile foundation D600 D600 in Graduate School of Medical Faculty UGM namely drilling 27.79 m/hour; installation of casing 41.22 casing/ hour; installation of reinforcement 2370.77 kg/hour; and casting 16.93 m3/hour; while the unit price of the installation of bored pile D600 Rp. 102,800.01/m. The productivity of the installation of foundation bored pile D600 in R. Soegondo Building Project in Faculty of Culture Science UGM namely drilling 22.12 m/hour; installation of casing 36.92 casing/hour; installation of reinforcement 1739.49 kg/hour; and casting 13.20 m3/hour; while the unit price of the installation of bored pile D600 Rp. 125,708.17 / m.
