CV. Sufijaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang percetakan dan penerbit buku agama Islam dan pelajaran umum. Dalam rangka mengelola persediaannya, CV. Sufijaya masih memerlukan rancangan sistem yang efektif dan efisien. Sistem pengelolaan persediaan mencakup kapan, bagaimana, dan siapa saja yang berperan dalam prosedur pembelian, retur pembelian, penjulalan dan retur penjualan. Laporan ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan persediaan yang berlaku di CV. Sufijaya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak-pihak dalam perusahaan yang terkait dengan sistem pengelolaan persediaan. Hasil dari observasi dan wawancara tersebut penulis tuangkan dalam bentuk bagan alir (flowchart) untuk membantu mempermudah memberikan gambaran kepada pembaca dan dianalisis berdasarkan teori-teori yang relevan.

Sufijaya Vennootschap is a company engaged in the field of printing and book publishers of Islamic and general subjects. In order to manage its inventory, Sufijaya Vennootschap still requires the design of effective and efficient system. Inventory management system include the when, how, and anyone who plays a role in the procedure of purchase, purchase returns, sales and sales returns. This report was prepared with the aim to find out how the supply management system that applies in the Sufijaya Vennootschap. To achieve these objectives, the authors conducted observations and interviews directly with the parties in the company related to the supply management system. The results of observations and interviews, the writer tells in the form of a flowchart to give an overview to the reader about the related systems. The analysis was conducted based on theories that are relevant.
