KONTRIBUSI HUTAN RAKYAT TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DI DUSUN KEDUNGPOH LOR, DESA KEDUNGPOH, KECAMATAN NGLIPAR, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Salah satu strategi pembangunan kehutanan saat ini adalah pengembangan hutan rakyat. Hutan rakyat memiliki fungsi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologi. Masyarakat sangat merasakan kemanfaatan hutan rakyat terutama dalam fungsi ekonominya. Dari fungsi ini rakyat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan sehingga tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1)pengelolaan hutan rakyat di Dusun Kedungpoh Lor, Desa Kedungpoh, Kecamatan Nglipar, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, 2)kontribusi hutan rakyat terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Dusun Kedungpoh Lor, Desa Kedungpoh, Kecamatan Nglipar, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Sampel dari masing-masing strata ditentukan berdasarkan sumber pendapatan dari hutan rakyat. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan mengelompokkan data yang diperoleh dari responden, kemudian diolah dengan menghitung setiap variabel dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Pengelolaan hutan rakyat di Dusun Kedungpoh Lor masih menggunakan cara tradisional dengan pola penanaman campuran dengan jarak tanam yang tidak teratur. Komoditi yang ditemukan dalam hutan rakyat tersebut yaitu tanaman akasia, jati, mahoni, sengon, dan sonokeling. Besarnya konstribusi hutan rakyat terhadap pendapatan masyarakat berdasarkan strata sebagai berikut : 1)strata I rata-rata pendapatan/kk Rp 22.565.000/th dengan kontribusi hutan rakyat sebesar 37,60%, 2)strata II rata-rata pendapatan/kk Rp 30.733.125/th dengan kontribusi hutan rakyat sebesar 44,68%, 3)strata III rata-rata pendapatan/kk Rp 32.390.333/th dengan kontribusi hutan rakyat sebesar 54,10%.

One of the forestry development strategy is the development of community forest. The community forest has the function of economic, social, and ecological. Society gets the benefit from community forest, especially in the economic function. From this function, society can increase their income to obtain a higher welfare standard. This research aimed to find: 1)the management of community forest in Kedungpoh Lor Sub Village, Kedungpoh Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency, 2)the contribution of community forest to society income in Kedungpoh Lor Sub Village, Kedungpoh Village, Nglipar District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research used survey method. Sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Sample from each stratum was determined based on the source of income from community forest. Data analysis that used in this research is a quantitative analysis by grouping the obtained data from the respondents, then processed by calculating each variable and presented in tabular form. Management of community forest in Kedungpoh Lor Sub Village still uses the traditional way with a pattern of mixed cropping with irregular spacing. Commodities found in the community forest are acacia, teak, mahogany, albizia, and rosewood. Contribution of community forest to society income based on the stratum were: 1)stratum I the average income was Rp 22.565.000 with contribution of community forest was 37,60%, 2)stratum II the average income was Rp 30.773.125 with contribution of community forest was 44,68%, 3)stratum III the average income was Rp 32.390.333 with contribution of community forest was 54,10%.
