Analisis Hubungan Unscheduled Maintenance dan Pencapaian Target Produksi Haul Truck 793C di PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan unscheduled maintenance dan pencapaian target produksi haul truck 793C di proyek Batu Hijau PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Unscheduled maintenance merupakan nilai waktu ketika unit haul truck tidak beroperasi dikarenakan downtime ataupun accident dan produksi merupakan nilai pemindahan material oleh haul truck. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai dan juga hubungan dari unscheduled maintenance dan pencapaian target produksi haul truck 793C di PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, nilai unscheduled maintenance memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kecil pada pencapaian target produksi haul truck 793C. Data yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode statistika sederhana dan uji korelasi dari kedua data tersebut. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara nilai unscheduled maintenance dalam kurun waktu satu tahun cenderung meningkat dengan nilai tertinggi pada bulan april sebesar 45% dan rata-rata sebesar 34%. Nilai pencapaian target produksi cenderung stabil dengan nilai tertinggi pada bulan april 2016 sebesar 114% dan rata-rata sebesar 94%. Nilai korelasi dari kedua data tersebut sangatlah kecil sebesar 0.1188 sehingga dianggap tidak ada korelasi antara keduanya.

The Relations Unscheduled Maintenance and The Production Target Haul Truck 793C at Batu Hijau project PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara has been done. Unscheduled maintenance is the value of haul truck times when the unit is not operating due to downtime or accident and the production is the value of a material transfer by a haul truck. The purpose of this study was to determine the value and also the relationship of unscheduled maintenance and production target haul truck 793C in PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Based on research that has been done, the value of unscheduled maintenance has a fairly small effect on the production target haul truck 793C. The data have been obtained were processed using simple statistical methods and the correlation of the data. The Results of research conducted at PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara about unscheduled maintenance values in a period of one year tend to increase with the highest value in April of 45% and an average of 34%. Values tend to be stable production target with the highest value in April 2016 by 114% and an average of 94%. The second correlation value of such data is as small as 0.1188 so it is considered there is no correlation between the two.
