Kandungan Tembaga (Cu) pada Gastropoda dan Air Sungai Code Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

2016 | Skripsi | S1 MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA PERIKANANPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat tembaga (Cu) dalam tubuh gastropoda dan di air Sungai Code serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua parameter tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2016 di Sungai Code Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel air dan gastropoda serta pengambilan data kualitas air dilakukan sebanyak empat kali di lima stasiun. Parameter yang diukur yaitu kandungan Cu di air, kandungan Cu dalam tubuh gastropoda, suhu air, kecepatan arus, debit air, oksigen terlarut, pH dan kepadatan gastropoda. Sampel gastropoda yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Tarebia granifera, Sulcospira testudinaria dan Pomacea sp. Sampel air yang digunakan untuk pengukuran kandungan Cu di air sebanyak 600 mL. Kandungan Cu pada sampel air dan gastropoda dianalisis menggunakan Metode AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometry). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan Cu di air <0,02 mg/L dan dalam tubuh gastropoda berkisar antara 21,10-29,41 mg/kg. Kandungan Cu tertinggi terdapat dalam tubuh Tarebia granifera. Hubungan antara kandungan Cu di air dan dalam tubuh gastropoda tidak dapat dilihat karena kandungan Cu di air terlalu rendah.
The aims of this research were to investigate the concentration of copper in gastropod bodies and water of Code River and the relations between these parameters. Research was conducted during June to August 2016 in Code River of Special Region of Yogyakarta. Samples were collected from 5 stations. The parameters were measured namely Copper concentration in gastropod bodies and water, water temperature, stream velocity, water discharge, dissolved oxygen, pH and density of gastropods. Species were used in this study Tarebia granifera, Sulcospira testudinaria and Pomacea sp. Samples were analyzed using AAS method. Results of the study found that the range of copper concentration were 21,10-29,41 mg/kg in the gastropod bodies and <0,02 mg/L in the water. The highest concentration was found in Tarebia granifera. The concentrations of dissolved Copper were very low so the relations between the concentrations of copper in gastropod bodies and water undefined.
