Sistem Informasi Logbook Fasilitas dan Kegiatan Unit ATS Engineering Perum LPPNPI Cabang Yogyakarta

Unit ATS Engineering melakukan pencatatan logbook setelah pemeriksaan alat. Sistem pencatatan logbook dilakukan dalam dua metode. Pertama dilakukan secara manual dan kedua dilakukan dengan memasukan data ke dalam sistem. Data logbook akan menjadi acuan untuk membuat laporan rutin. Namun pada sistem sebelumnya, sistem hanya dapat mencatat logbook saja. Sistem belum bisa mengolah data logbook menjadi informasi laporan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat laporan rutin. Lokasi alat yang jauh dan tidak terpusat di satu tempat juga merupakan sebuah masalah.Terdapat pula kerusakan sistem yang membuat sistem logbook sebelumnya tidak dapat digunakan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibuat sistem informasi logbook fasilitas dan kegiatan untuk mengatasi masalah kerusakan sistem sebelumnya, membantu dalam pencatatan logbook danmempermudah membuat laporan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dibantu dengan framework CodeIgniter, Javascript dengan framework JQuery, Webserver Apache, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis datanya. Tujuannya sistem berbasis web adalah agar dalam pencatatan dan membaca data logbook lebih mudah.

ATS Engineering unit do a logbook recording after daily inspection. Logbook recording sistem was done by two metods. First, logbook recording done manually by write on the book. Second, the technician entered logbook data into logbook recording sistem. Logbook data would be reference to create regular report. However, the previous logbook recoding sistem only could record logbook data. The sistem could not process logbook data into report details which is needed to create regular report. The location of instrument was not centralized is also one of the problem. There is also malfunction sistem which made the previous logbook recording sistem could not used. Because of those problems, the writer was developed Information sistem of logbook facilities and activity to handle the malfunction sistem, help technician in record the logbook data and make the report easier. The sistem was developed by PHP as programming language helped by CodeIgniter framework, Javascript with JQuery framework, Apache Webserver and MySQL as database server. The aim of web based sistem is to make easier in recording and read logbook data
