Semakin berkembangnya zaman , semakin tinggi juga kebutan manusia terhadap perkembangan didalam dunia telekomunikasi, dengan banyaknya pengguna telekomunikasi pada saat ini operator dituntu agar lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan cara lebih memperluas jaringan telekomunikasi,agar semua masyarakat merasakan pesatnya perkembangan teknoligi telekomunikasi sekarang ini. Di sini PT. Huawei Tech Investmen bertanggung jawab dalam memenuhi kebutuhan manusia dalam bidang telekomunikasi, maka dari itu PT.Huawei harus lebih meningkatkan kerjanya dengan membangun site/Tower baru, atau mengganti perangkat yang lama dengan yang baru agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan,disini juga tin instalasi turut ambil serta dalam pemperbaharuan perangkat-perangkat yang menunjang berkembangnya telekomunikasi yaitu perangkat 2G dan 3G yang saat ini jaringanya sudah hampir merata diseluruh pelosok pedesaaaan maupun perkotaan
