Relokasi Pasar Pasalaran Plered Dengan Penekanan Zonasi

Di MEA nanti, maka sudah barang tentu produk-produk luar negeri masuk ke pasaran Indonesia, terutama di pasaran tradisional, jika produk kita kalah dalam kemasan, maka sudah barang tentu akan menjadi "ancaman" tidak lakunya produk kita. Maka dari itu, strategi pemasaran dan produk harus ditingkatkan, agar bisa bersaing di pasar bebas nantinya. apalagi banyaknya pasar-pasar modern yang di bangun begitu dekat dengan pasar-pasar tradisional. di pasar modern, selain pelayanannya yang ramah juga kebersihan tempat sangat dijaga. Pembeli lebih nyaman ketika lingkungan belanjanya bersih dan terawat. Pengelolaan dan pemberdayaan dibutuhkan dalam hal pembenahan fasilitas bangunan. Pasar Pasalaraan termasuk pasar yang ramai pengunjung, namun area untuk berjialan kurang baik dan tidak sesuai standar pada umumnya, baik dalam penataan maupun sirkulasi. Sehingga banyak pengunjung yang tidak mau memasuki pasar. Hal ini berdampak pada banyaknya pedagang yang berjualan di luar bangunan sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan. Perlunya perancangan ulang pasar ini agar dapat memiliki tingkat kenyamanan yang tinggi dengan tujuan meningkatkan aktifitas perekonomian di Pasar Pasalaran Plered. Redesain Pasar Pasalaran Plered diusulkan sebagai solusi atas masalah-masalah yang timbul dengan mengupayakan perencanaan dan perancangan dengan berlandaskan pada kualitas tata ruang dan infrastruktur yang ada dengan mempertahankan gagasan awal tentang pasar tradisional.Persepsi negatif masyarakat umum tentang pasar tradisional perlu dihilangkan dan digantikan deng persepsi baru yang lebih positif. Redesain berperan menciptakan atmosper baru yang dapat memutar balikan kesan-kesan negatif tentang pasar tradisional yang selama ini telah melekat serta dapat menjawab kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat ke depannya.
A marketplace is where people trade goods and services. Based on the pact of AEC (Asean Economic Community), products from the member of AEC can freely be sold in Indonesia or vise versa, especially in traditional aspects. If our products have an unattractive packaging, it will be a threat to our products that it won't be sold well because they compete with better quality goods from another country. Thus, the quality of the product itself and the marketing strategy has to be upgraded so it will be able to compete in free trade. Nowadays, there are many modern markets that have been built near traditional market and it's a great menace for the existence of traditional market. In a modern market, beside of friendly employees, it also has a good and maintained sanitation and those make the customers feel more comfortable doing the trade. A good management and empowerment are needed to upgrade building facilities in traditional market to compete with modern market, one of the cases is in Pasar Pasalaraan. Pasar Pasalaraan is a crowded market, but the path where people walk and to have a transaction is not managed well and not following the standard of both people circulation and layout. It makes customers aren't willing to even enter the market. Then, some of the sellers decide to have their booth outside the building to gain more customers, their booths are placed along the street that makes the traffic awful. Redesigning for Pasar Pasalaraan is needed to be worked on in order to increase comfort level of the customers and to achieve the main goal, increasing economic activities in Pasar Pasalaraan Plered. The redesign proposal of Pasar Pasalaraan Plered is a solution of the rising problems by planning and designing based on space layout quality and infrastructure while the main concept of traditional market is maintained well. Negative stigma of the people about traditional market needs to be dispersed and to be changed by a new positive perspective. Redesigning has a role to create a new atmosphere which be able to turn the negative perspective about traditional market which has been stuck in people's mind, to provide community's needs and to be an answer for the hope of the people in the future.
