IMPROVEMENT SUNDERING PROCESS DENGAN PERANCANGAN CLEAN LG MACHINE

Salah satu proses langkah-langkah perbaikan yang diperlukan di PT. Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia adalah proses pencucian. Peningkatan itu diperlukan untuk mengurangi leadtime dalam proses pencucian yang masih sangat tinggi. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk melakukan perbaikan proses khusus mencuci dalam proses Sundering, dengan merancang alat-alat baru yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Perbaikan dilaksanakan dengan merancang mesin baru adalah bahwa untuk membersihkan baut dalam jumlah massal. Mesin baru adalah Mesin Bersih LG menggunakan sistem kerja seperti di cuci machines.It menggunakan sikat kawat untuk membersihkan kotoran pada baut dan motor listrik sebagai penggerak sikat kawat. Dengan cara kerja, memuat 20-25 baut ke dalam mesin secara bersamaan dan menyalakan mesin sehingga sikat kawat berputar dan mampu membersihkan benang baut. Berdasarkan desain yang telah dibuat, itu memprediksi Clean Mesin LG mampu mengurangi leadtime dalam proses Sundering sebanyak 50%. Hasilnya dapat dilihat perbaikan mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Jadi keuntungan yang diperoleh adalah peningkatan dari sebelumnya.

One of the processes necessary improvement measures in PT. Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia is the washing process. The improvement is needed to reduce leadtime in the washing process that is still very high. The purpose of this thesis is to perform a special process improvement in washing it in the Sundering process, by designing new tools that is more efficient and effective. The improvement implemented by designing a new machine is that to clean the bolts in the amount of mass. The new engine is a Clean Machine LG uses a system of work as in washing machines.It use a wire brush for cleaning dirt on the bolts and an electric motor as the driving of a wire brush. By way of working, loading 20-25 bolt into the machine simultaneously and turn on the machine so that the rotating wire brush and it able to clean thread of the bolt. Based on the design that has been created, it predicts Clean Machine LG was able to reduce leadtime in sundering process as much as 50%. The results can be seen the improvement support the effectiveness and efficiency of the work. So the profit earned is increase than before.
