PERANCANGAN VILLAGE RESORT DI DESA KEDUNGMIRI, IMOGIRI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ECO-ARCHITECTURE

Sektor pariwisata di Indonesia mulai mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan. Melihat perkembangan dan kemajuan dari sektor ini, banyak pihak tak terkecuali pemerintah daerah berusaha untuk mengembangkannya untuk meningkatkan PAD daerah. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menghidupkan sektor pariwisata, terutama penyediaan akomodasi berupa resort. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan landasan konseptual dalam perancangan sebuah village resort, sebagai salah satu alternatif pilihan akomodasi bagi para wisatawan. Lokasi site village resort ini terletak di kawasan rural area dengan potensi wisata yang beragam, diantaranya adalah wisata alam, sosial budaya, kuliner, maupun wisata buatan. Potensi yang ada tersebut merupakan aset berharga bagi village resort yang perlu ikut dilestarikan. Pendekatan eco-architecture kemudian digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk memperoleh konsep perancangan village resort tersebut. Dengan alasan memiliki prinsip yang sama dengan sebuah resort yaitu menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan alam, eco- architecture dapat diterapkan untuk mencapai kualitas bangunan yang ramah lingkungan tanpa meninggalkan esensi dari sebuah resort.

The tourism sector in Indonesia started to show a significant progress. Seeing the growth and progress of this sector, many parties are no exception local Government trying to develop it to increase regional revenue. A variety of efforts underway to revive the tourism sector, in particular the provision of accommodation in the form of resort. This Final Project aims to get a conceptual basis in the design of a village resort, as an alternative choice of accommodation for tourists. The location of this village resort is located in the rural areas with diversed tourism potential, such as nature tourism, socio-cultural, culinary and man-made tourism. The tourism potential is a valuable asset for the village resort needs to be preserved. Eco-architecture approach is then used as an approach to acquire the concept of designing the village resort. The grounds have the same principle with a resort that is maintaining the delicate balance of the natural environment, eco-architecture can be applied to achieve an environmentally friendly building without leaving the essence of a resort.
