Perjanjian kerjasama merupakan suatu persetujuan dimana dua orang atau lebih saling mengikatkan diri untuk melakukan suatu perbuatan hukum yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antar para pihak. Penulisan hukum ini berfokus pada hubungan hukum yang terjadi antara PT Garuda Indonesia dengan agen travel dalam penjualan tiket dan kepastian hukum antara para pihak apabila secara eksplisit tidak ada perjanjian yang mengatur hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama tiket online antara agen travel dengan maskapai penerbangan PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif-empiris. Penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris adalah suatu penelitian hukum yang mengkaji pelaksanaan ketentuan hukum positif terhadap peristiwa-peristiwa hukum yang terjadi. Kesimpulan dalam penulisan hukum ini adalah hubungan hukum yang terjadi saat agen travel sebagai pihak perantara yang menghubungkan konsumen yang ingin membeli tiket pesawat Garuda Indonesia kepada PT Garuda Indonesia. Dalam hal ini terjadi pelimpahan kuasa dari konsumen kepada agen travel yang bersangkutan untuk melakukan transaksi reservasi tiket pesawat Garuda Indonesia. Perbedaan hubungan yang timbul akibat perjanjian atau timbul dari syarat dan ketentuan, tidak menjadikan kepastian hukum antara kedua belah pihak diragukan, karena sepanjang kedua belah pihak menyetujui dan sepakat atas hal tersebut, maka kepastian hukumnya tetap terjamin dan hubungan yang timbul tetap sah.

The cooperation agreement is an agreement where two or more persons bind themselves with each other to perform a legal act carried out jointly between the parties. Legal writing is focused on legal relationships that occur between PT Garuda Indonesia with travel agents in ticket sales and the legal certainty between the parties if explicitly there is no treaty that regulates it. The purpose of this research was to know and examine the implementation of the cooperation agreement of online tickets between travel agent with PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Airlines. The research method is a normative empirical research. The normative and empirical legal research is a legal research that examines the implementation of the provisions of positive law against legal events that occur. The conclusion of this legal writing is legal relationship that occurs when a travel agent as an intermediary that connects consumers who want to buy tickets of Garuda Indonesia Airlines to PT Garuda Indonesia. In case this happens devolution of power from the consumer to the travel agent that concerned to make transactions of Garuda Indonesia ticket reservations. Differences relationship arising from the agreement or arising from these terms and conditions, do not make the legal certainty between the two sides in doubt, as long as both parties agree and have agreed on this, the certainty of law is ensured and the relationship that arises is still valid.
