STUDI KASUS KOORDINASI RECLOSER PDN 6-85 DENGAN FUSE CUT OUT K1-64/2 PADA PENYULANG PDN 06 SUTM 20 KV AREA KLATEN

Pada jaringan distribusi terdapat jaringan SUTM , JTR dan SR dari ketiga jenis tersebut memiliki tegangan yang berbeda-beda. Setiap jaringan akan rawan terkena gangguan, gangguan menurut lama waktunya terdapat dua jenis yaitu gangguan permanen dan gangguan temporer dimana gangguan tersebut tidak dapat dicegah namun gangguan dapat dibatasi dengan menggunakan peralatan proteksi. Saluran udara jaringan distribusi 20 kV terdapat saluran utama dan saluran percabangan salah satu peralatan proteksi yang digunakan untuk saluran utama PDN 06 adalah Recloser PDN 6-85. Recloser PDN 6-85 merupakan satu-satunya recloser yang terdapat di penyulang Pedan 06 yang dilengkapi dengan relai OCR sehingga koordinasi recloser dan peralatan proteksi lain benar-benar harus diperhatikan. Pada saluran percabangan penyulang PDN 06 terdapat peralatan proteksi berupa Fuse Cut Out (FCO) dimana fuse cut out dipasang pada setiap percabangan. Salah satu Fuse Cut Out yang terdapat pada penyulang PDN 06 adalah FCO K1-64/2. Koordinasi antara kedua peralatan tersebut yaitu recloser PDN 6-85 dan FCO K1-64/2 harus diperhitungkan guna untuk membatasi area gangguan yang mungkin terjadi di penyulang PDN 06 sehingga wilayah padam akibat adanya gangguan dapat diminimalisir. Pengaturan koordinasi dilakukan dengan cara mengatur waktu kerja relay OCR recloser PDN 6-85 berdasarkan perhitungan arus gangguan saluran dan melakukan pemilihan tipe dan arus nominal fuse link FCO K1-64/2 yang tepat sesuai dengan kurva karakteristik waktu pemutusan yang dibutuhkan.

Air channel 20 kV distribution network are the main channel and the channel branching, one of the protective equipment that is used for the main channel 06 is Recloser NOP 6-85. PDN Recloser6-85 is the only recloser contained in Pedan feeder 06 equipped with a relay OCR, so that coordination Recloser and other protective equipment really should be considered. At the branching channel PDN 06 feeder have protection equipment such as Fuse Cut Out (FCO) in which the cut-out fuse is installed at each branching. One Fuse Cut Out contained in PLN feeder 06 is FCO K1-64 / 2. Coordination between the two devices is Recloser PDN 6-85 and FCO K1-64 / 2 should be taken into account in order to limit the area of possible interference in the feeder PDN 06 so that the region is off due to a disturbance can be minimized. Coordination arrangements done by regulating the working time relay OCR recloser PDN 6-85 based on the current calculation channel interference and make the selection of type and nominal current of fuse link FCO K1-64 / 2 precisely the characteristic curve disconnection time required.
