EVALUASI KONDISI LINGKUNGAN RUMAH SUSUN SEDERHANA SEWA (RUSUNAWA) WAMEO DI KOTA BAU-BAU BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI PENGHUNI

Untuk membantu menyediakan hunian yang layak huni bagi masyarakat berpendapatan di Kota Bau-Bau dibangunlah dua tower rumah susun sederhana sewa. Rusunawa Wameo ini merupakan lingkungan bermukim vertikal pertama yang ada di Kota Bau-Bau. Kebaruannya ini dapat menjadi sesuatu yang asing, sebab penghuni bermukim di lingkungan yang jauh berbeda dengan lingkungan bermukimannya sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi penghuni rusunawa terhadap kondisi lingkungan yang menjadi tempat huniannya, mencari tahu kondisi ideal lingkungan rusunawa berdasarkan persepsi penghuni, mencari tahu perbedaan antara kondisi ideal lingkungan rusunawa berdasarkan standar dan persepsi penghuni. Terakhir, setelah mengetahui perbedaan keduanya, penelitian ini berupaya mengetahui yang direkomendasi untuk mengatasi perbedaan keduanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian campuran (kuantitatif-kualitatif). Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan membuat skoring. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder yang berasal dari data instansi terkait. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara umum, kondisi eksisting komponen lingkungan Rusunawa Wameo telah sesuai dengan standar. Sebagian besar komponen lingkungan Rusunawa Wameo kondisinya baik dalam persepsi sebagian besar penghuni. Kondisi ideal kondisi lingkungan berdasarkan persepsi penghuni diketahui bahwa dari seluruh komponen lingkungannya, delapan diantaranya merupakan komponen lingkungan Rusunawa Wameo yang diinginkan oleh penghuni agar adanya perubahan, pemeliharaan, perawatan, perbaikan kualitas ataupun perbaikan kondisi terhadapnya. Hasil perbandingan antara kondisi eksisting komponen lingkungan Rusunawa Wameo dengan kondisi ideal berdasarkan persepsi penghuni (keinginan penghuni), diketahui bahwa sebagian besar kondisi eksisting komponen lingkungan dipandang baik oleh sebagian besar penghuni. Kondisi eksisting komponen lingkungan rusunawa telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sebagian besar penghuni. Komponen-komponen lingkungan yang dinilai baik oleh penghuni, dikarenakan komponen-komponen lingkungan itu dapat menunjang kebutuhan penghuni dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari.

Finally, after knowing the difference between the two, this study sought to know who recommended to resolve the differences between them. This research is a descriptive study using a mixed method research (quantitative-qualitative). The analysis used is descriptive analysis of qualitative and create scoring. The data used are primary data sourced from interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from data related agencies. The results of the analysis of this study showed that the overall condition of the existing environmental components Wameo rental flat housing complies with the standards. Most of the environmental components Wameo rental flat housing in good condition in the perception of most residents. Ideal conditions based on the perception of environmental conditions is known that the occupants of all components of the environment, eight of which are components of the environment simple apartment house lease Wameo desired by the occupants so that their changes, maintenance, maintenance, repair or improvement of quality to it. The comparison between the existing condition of the environment components Wameo rental flat housing with ideal conditions based on the perception of the occupants (occupants desire), it is known that most of the existing condition of environmental components regarded by most of the inhabitants.
