KETERLEKATAN DAN KEINGINAN KELUAR PERAWAT DI RSU BUDI RAHAYU PEKALONGAN JAWA TENGAH

Keingian keluar dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal diantaranya adalah keterlekatan perawat. Tujuan Penelitian:Mengevaluasi keterlekatan perawat dengan keinginan keluar (intention to quit) perawat di RSU Budi Rahayu Pekalongan. Metode:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional.Variabel bebas adalahkarakteristik pekerjaan,persepsi dukungan organisasi,persepsi dukungan supervisor,penghargaaan dan pengakuan,keadilan prosedural,keadilan distribusi. Variabel terikat adalah keinginan untuk keluar.Variabel perantara adalah keterlekatan perawat.Subjek penelitian berjumlah 134 orang perawat.Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan regresi . Hasil: Ada hubungan positif antara karakteristik pekerjaan dengan keterlekatan perawat. Tidak ada hubungan antara keterlekatan perawat dengan intention to quit.Keadilan distributif berhubungan dengan intention to quit. Kesimpulan: Meningkatnya nilai keadilan distributif dapat menurunkan kejadian intention to quit secara signifikan. Namun,keterlekatan perawat tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian intention to quit pada penelitian ini.Pimpinan dan manajemen rumah sakit perlu mengurangi kejadian intention to quit di rumah sakit dengan memperbaiki faktor-faktor seperti keadilan distributif dan karakteristik pekerjaan.
Background: Intention of nurses to quit can become a serious problem for hospitals. One of factor related to intention of nurse to quit their job is nurses engagement. Objective: To evaluate the relationship between nurses engagement and their intention to quit in Private Hospital of Budi Rahayu, Pekalongan. Methods: This research was analytical study, which used cross sectional design. The independent variabels consist of characteristic of job, perception towards support of organisation and supervisor, reward and recognition, procedural justice, and distributive justice. The dependent variabel was intention of nurses to quit job. The mediator variable was nurses engagement. There were 134 of nurses participated the study. Data was collected by questionnaires. Data analysis used corellation and regression. Results: Our study found positive corellation between job characteristic and nurses engagement, however no corellation between nurses engagement and intention of nurses to quit job.Distribution justice was found related to intention of nurses to quit. Conclusion: Enhancement of distributive justice may decrease intention to quit significantly,howeverintention of quit does not related to nurse engagement. Hospitals leader and mangement need to improve distributive justice and job characteristic.
