ANALISIS WACANA HUMOR DALAMMEME (Studi Kasus pada9gag.com)

INTI SARI Beberapa tahun terakhir meme menjadi salah satu sarana berhumor masyarakat yang menyebar viral di dunia maya. Salah satu situs yang khusus mengunggah meme dalam bahasa Inggris adalah 9gag.com. Secara kebahasaan, struktur dan tipe wacana humor, aspek-aspek pragmatik yang disimpangkan utuk mencipta humor dan fungsi humor dalam wacana humor meme dalam 9gag.com menarik untuk di kaji. Untuk itulah, ketiga hal tersebut menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kualitatif yang terbagi menjadi 3 tahap. Tahap pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Pada tahap analisis, menggunakan teknik padan. Data yang ada dibandingkan dan ditemukan hasil sesuai dengan rumusan masalah. Tahap terakhir adalah pemaparan hasil analisis data yang disajikan secara deskriptif melalui kata-kata dan kalimat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa; (1) struktur wacana humor terbagi menjadi 3 yaitu build up (pendahuluan), pivot dan punch line. Bagian pendahuluan berisi komentar yang berbentuk pertanyaan, attitude dan imperative. Selain itu bagian ini berisi gambaran konteks yang berbentuk deklaratif dan perbandingan. Terkait tipe wacana, setidaknya terdapat 3 wacana, yaitu non-monolog, monolog dan dialog. Tipe yang dominan muncul adalah tipe monolog sehingga ditemukan beberapa variasi. (2) Untuk memunculkan kelucuan, wacana humor meme menyimpangkan aspek pragmatik berupa Prinsip Kerjasama dan Prinsip Kesopanan. Maksim-maksim yang disimpangkan dalam Prinsip Kerjasama antara lain maksim kualitas, kuantitas, relevansi dan cara. Sedangkan pelanggaran pada Prinsip Kesopanan terjadi pada maksim kearifan, kedermawanan, pujian, kerendahan hati, kecocokan dan kesimpatian. (3) Dari segi fungsi, wacana humor meme setidaknya memiliki 3 fungsi pokok, yaitu fungsi solidaritas, power dan psikologi.

ABSTRACT The last few year memes become one of media to make joke among the people which virally spread in cyberspace. One website specifically upload memes in English is 9gag.com. In linguistics field, the structure and types of humour, the distorting of pragmatic aspects to create humour and the humour function of meme in 9gag.com are interesting to examine. Therefore, those are the focuses of this study. This study belongs to qualitative descriptive method which is divided into three stages. This study used observation method to collect the data. The data were classified according to the formulation of the problem. To analyze the data, the researcher used identity method. Finally, the result of thedata were presented descriptively through words and sentences. The result shows that (1) the structures of humor discourse are divided into 3;they are the build up (introduction), pivot, and punchlines. The introductory section contains the comments in the form of questions, attitude and imperative. Besides, this section contains an overview of the context in the declarative and comparison forms. Related to the types of discourse, there are at least three discourses; non-monologue, monologue and dialogue. The monologue appears dominantly, so some variations were found. (2) To bring up the amusement, memes humor discourses twist the pragmatic aspects such as Cooperative Principlesand Politeness Principle. The maxims that are violated in Cooperative Principle are maxim of quality, quantity, relevance, and manner. In Politeness Principle, the maxims that are violated are tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy. (3) There are at least three functions of memes humor discourse; they are solidarity, power and psychology.
