EVALUASI KONGRUENSI ANTARA FLO DAN SLO PADA BLOK TENTANG PROSES ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA KEPERAWATAN DI STIKES SURYA GLOBAL YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Proses asuhan keperawatan merupakan proses yang terdiri dari pengkajian data, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi tindakan keperawatan yang menjadi salah satu kompetensi inti keperawatan. Kompetensi ini diajarakan melalui metode PBL. Dalam metode PBL yaitu tutorial, mahasiswa masih kurang merumuskan tentang asuhan keperawatan karena mahasiswa lebih banyak belajar tentang proses penyakit. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi tujuan belajar mahasiswa tentang asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kongruensi antara FLO dengan SLO pada buku blok tentang asuhan keperawatan Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan content analisys. Objek penelitian ini adalah buku blok tutorial dan laporan tutorial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis isi dari skenario, FLO dan SLO tentang konten proses asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan 3 koder yang nantinya akan menganalisis dari keseluruhan dokumen penelitian Hasil: Prosentase FLO yang dirumuskan dalam SLO pada konten kalimat kedokteran adalah 89% dan terdapat adanya extended LO sehingga kongruensinya adalah FLO beririsan dengan SLO. Sedangkan pada kalimat keperawatan didapatkan 20% FLO yang dirumuskan dalam SLO dan tidak ada extended LO sehingga kongruensinya adalah SLO bagian dari FLO. Kesimpulan: Model kongruensi FLO dan SLO pada penelitian ini adalah FLO beririsan dengan SLO pada konten kedokteran dan sebagian FLO telah dirumuskan dalam SLO pada konten keperawatan

Background: The process of nursing care is a process that consists of a data assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing treatments that become one of nursingcore competencies. This competency is taught through PBL method using tutorials. In tutorials, students are still lacking to formulate nursing care for the students learn more about the disease process. Therefore, an objective evaluation of student learning about nursing careshould be done. Objective: This study aimed to determine the congruence between SLO and FLO on the nursing careblock book Methods: This study used qualitative methods with content analisys. The object of this study was the student tutorial block book and tutorial reports. This study analyzed the contents of the scenario, FLO, and SLO about the content of the process of nursing care. Three coders analyzed the entire document research Results: FLO Percentage formulated in SLO on the content of medicine sentences was 89% and there was extended LO so that the congruence was that SLO intersected with FLO. In nursing sentence, 20% of FLO was formulated in SLO and there was no extended LO so that the congruence was that SLO was part of FLO. Conclusion: The congruence model of SLO and FLO in this study was thatFLO intersected with SLO on medical content and part of FLO had been formulated in SLO on nursing content.
