ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PENGGUNAAN BONDEK DENGAN BEKISTING KONVENSIONAL PADA PEKERJAAN PLAT LANTAI PROYEK PT. OKI PULP AND PAPER MILLS

Peranan bekisting sangatlah besar oleh karena itu teknik perencanaan pekerjaan bekisting serta pemilihan material yang tepat secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi kemudahan proses pekerjaan bekisting. Studi lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan biaya dan efisiensi waktu pada bekisting konvensional dengan bondek, pada proyek pembangunan pabrik kertas di PT. Oki pulp and paper paket 1 RB (Recovery Boiler), dalam hal ini diperlukan evaluasi mengenai biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan Penelitian yang telah di laksanakan didapat bahwa bekisting plat bondek lebih effisien digunakan jika dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional, baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu, dengan pemilihan material yang tepat dan sesuai maka hal tersebut dapat mempersingkat durasi pelaksanaan dan memangkas pengeluaran biaya yang digunakan, berdasarkan penelitian ini biaya yang didapat untuk material bekisting plat konvensional sebesar Rp.315,445,300.00-. Sedangkan untuk material bekisting plat bondek yaitu Rp.189,030,350.00- dengan selisih dari kedua harga material plat tersebut adalah Rp.126,414,950.00-, namun apabila pemilihan material tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi proyek maka hal itu dapat berpengaruh pada aspek biaya dan efisiensi waktu pelaksanaan. Penentuan tipe bekisting harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi proyek dan lingkungan sekitar karena hal tersebut sangat menentukan dalam hal biaya dan efisiensi waktu pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang mengarah pada pencapaian kerja yang maksimal.

This field of study aims to determine the difference in cost and time efficiency in conventional formwork with bondek, on development projects in the paper mill PT. Oki pulp and paper packages 1 RB (Recovery Boiler), in this case required an evaluation of the costs and time required. Based on the research that have carried out found that the formwork plate bondek more efficient to use than the formwork is conventional, both in terms of cost and time. Determination of the type of formwork must be adapted to the conditions and the environment surrounding the project, because it is so decisive in terms of cost and time efficiency in the execution of construction projects that lead to the achievement of maximum work.
