Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah proyek pembangunan. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas pekerja dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa macam metode, salah satunya adalah metode LUR (Labor Utilization Rate), yaitu menghitung tingkat produktivitas pekerja dengan mengamati waktu kerja pekerja dan pengisian kuisioner. Dari hasil pengumpulan data, baik data produktivitas dan kuisioner dilakukan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tingkat produktivitas pada pekerjaan ini adalah 66% dan dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan ini adalah produktif dan memuaskan karena sudah melebihi angka 50%. Untuk faktor kondisi lapangan, ketersediaan alat bantu dan upah/gaji secara simultan (bersamaan) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas kerja, sedangkan secara parsial (sendiri) faktor kondisi lapangan adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas pekerja.

Productivity is one very important factor in a development project. In measuring the level of labor productivity can be done with several kinds of methods, one of which is a method of LUR (Labor Utilization Rate), which calculates the level of worker productivity by observing the working time of worker and filling the questionnaire. From the data collected, both productivity data and questionnaire data processing with SPSS version 23 software application. From the data results, it is known that the level of productivity is 66%, and from these results it can be said that the productivity at work is productive and satisfying because it already exceeds 50%. Field conditions, the availability of tools and wages / salaries simultaneously (parallel) has a significant influence on the level of labor productivity, while partially (own) factor field conditions are factors that most significantly influence the level of labor productivity.
