Kepuasan Wisatawan Terhadap Fasilitas Daya Tarik Wisata Mata Air Cokro Kecamatan Tulung Kabupaten Klaten

Mata Air Cokro merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan Kabupaten Klaten. Selain wisata Mata Air Cokro juga menawarkan wisata minat khusu seperti wisata hiburan dan ritual penyucian diri sebelum memasuki bulan puasa (padusan). Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Klaten selaku pengembang menyadari bahwa destinasi ini mampu untuk menarik banyak wisatawan sehingga untuk memfasilitasi wisatawan nyaman dan mudah untuk mengunjungi Mata Air Cokro pemerintah telah membangun fasilitas - fasitas wisata. Untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas � fasilitas yang ditujukan kepada wisatawan tersebut telah membuat wisatawan puas maka dilakukan penilitian dengan mengambil 100 responden yaitu wisatawan yang mengunjungi Mata Air Cokro. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa 74,2% wisatawan puas dan berada diatas standar nilai tingkat kepuasan. Jadi tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap fasilitas daya tarik wisata Mata Air Cokro dinyatakan Puas.

Mata Air Cokro is one of the leading tourist destinations in Klaten regency. Mata Air Cokro offers not only the water park but also special interest tourism, including (padusan) ritual before the fasting month and other special occasions. Klaten Regency Government as the owner and developer of Mata Air Cokro realizes that this tourist destination can attract many visitors thus the local government attempts to provide tourism infrastructure facilities to ensure that the travellers fully enjoy in the Mata Air Cokro. As a regard of examining the level of satisfaction of travellers in terms of tourism infrastructure facilities in the Mata Air Cokro, research is made involving 100 respondents who are the visitors of the Mata Air Cokro. The results of the study found that 74,2% respondents are satisfied and the result above the standart value satisfied category. So the level satisfaction of traveller in tourism infrastructure attraction facilitie in Mata Air Cokro are satisfied.
