Analysis of Ecotourism Entrance Tariff in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Parks, Indonesia Presented by: Bambang Suriyono Master of Arts in Economics International University of Japan, 2016 Professor Koji Kotani This study used Contingent Valuation Methods (CVM) to estimate the visitor's willingness to pay of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park to analyze the entrance fees policy and total revenue by using two models. The difference between two models is that the first model analyzes WTP of visitors with current ecotourism and conservation effort condition while the second examines the amount of WTP with a project of increasing ecotourism site quality and conservation effort. The first model results an average of WTP 32,548.33 IDR with the aggregate WTP of 6,084,747,551,85 IDR. The independent variables which significantly affect the WTP are age, income, site quality, and knowledge. The second model generates the average of WTP in the amount of 41,103.33 IDR with the aggregate WTP of 5,520,588,252,30 IDR. The independent variables which significantly affect the WTP are age, income, and site quality.
