METODE PELAKSANAAN ERECTION PCI GIRDER DENGAN LAUNCHING GANTRY METHOD PADA SEGMEN PEB 202 � PEB 203 PROYEK JALAN TOL BEKASI-CAWANG-KAMPUNG MELAYU ( BECAKAYU )

Pembangunan proyek Jalan Tol Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung melayu (BECAKAYU) ini terdapat salah satu pekerjaan penting yaitu pengakatan girder ke atas pierhead (erection). Pekerjaan erection girder membutuhkan lahan yang cukup luas. Namun pada proyek ini memiliki beberapa kendala antara lain pembebasan lahan yang belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. Erection girder perlu metode khusus sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan yang ada. Dengan kondisi lahan yang sempit dan tingkat lalulintas yang padat seperti di daerah Kalimalang, maka metode yang paling efektif untuk pelaksanaan erection girder yaitu metode gantry launcher. Tujuan pengamatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguraikan metode pelaksanaan erection girder dengan menggunakan metode gantry launcher. Pelaksanaan erection girder meliputi pekerjaan pelangsiran girder, stressing girder, grouting girder dan erection PCI girder. Hasil dari pengamatan ini yaitu titik angkat gantry launcher berada pada cantilever/supports sehingga berbahaya karena angkatan awal lebih besar lendutannya. Titik angkat PCI girder seharusnya lurus trailer boogie dan sejajar gantry launcher, namun elevasi tanah pada lokasi tidak sama sehingga perlu menambahkan tanah urugan dan plat besi yang menambah waktu pekerjaan. Faktor lain pemicu resiko terbesar adalah pada waktu musim hujan, jika bertepatan dengan musim hujan maka pelaksanaan erection girder hendaklah dilakukan penjadwalan ulang.

The tollroad Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu builing project has found the one of important profession that is supporting the grider up to the pierhead (erection). The erection grider profession need a large enough lands. But, in this project has some obstacles there are the exemption lands throughly carrie out. Erection grider need some special method suitable with real conditions. In this case with the narrow and the dense traffic like in the Kalimalang, so the effective method for the realization of erection grider that is gantry launcher method. The directions of this observation are to know and to loosen the implementation of erection grider method using the gantry launcher method. The implementation of gantry launcher include going the grider movement, stressing grider, grouting grider an erection PCI grider. The results of this observations is the point of gantry launcher raises is on the cantilever/ support so that means dangerous because the first raises is bigger than the deflections. The raises point of PCI grider must be straight with the trailer boogie and in the same line with the gantry launcher, but the land elevation in some region has the dcifferences and need the additional land and iron metal sheet so it will need an extra time. The other factor trigger the bigger risk is depend on the rainy season, if it coincie with the rainy season so that the implementation of erecition grider should be reschedule.
