Kerusakan struktur beton sering dijumpai pada proyek konstruksi baik pada saat proses konstruksi maupun pasca proses konstruksi. Penggunaan metode perbaikan kerusakan yang tidak tepat akan memperburuk kerusakan bahkan dapat menimbulkan kerusakan lainnya pada struktur beton. Pada struktur basement kerusakan struktur beton dapat menimbulkan masalah lain seperti kebocoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi metode perbaikan dan material untuk perbaikan kerusakan struktur beton yang menyebabkan kebocoranpada dinding penahan tanah dan lantai basement di Proyek Satrio Tower, Jakarta Selatan. Metode injeksi merupakan teknik perbaikan guna memperbaiki struktur beton yang kropos dan retak-retak. Retak bocor mengeluarkan air maupun hanya retak dan kropos tidak mengeluarkan air. Observasi dilakukan pada pekerjaan perbaikan kebocoran pada retaining wall dan lantai basement. Metode injeksi adalah teknik perbaikan dengan cara menyuntikan material ke dalam lubang injeksi dengan bantuan tekanan dari kompresor. Material injeksi terdiri intraplast z, semen, dan air. Tahapan metode injeksi terdiri dari pengeboran, pemasangan nipple, pencampuran material injeksi, penyuntikan material, pemotongan nipple.

Damage to concrete structures often found on construction projects, both during the process of construction or the post-construction process. Use of the improper damage repair method would exacerbate the damage, or further it can possibly cause another damage to the concrete structure. For the basement structure case, damage to concrete structures can cause other problems such as leaks. This study aims to identify repair methods and materials to repair the damage on concrete structures that cause leaks in the retaining wall and the basement floor in SatrioTower Project, South Jakarta. The injection method is a repair technique to improve the cracked and porous concrete structures.Cracked that leak the water out or only crack and porous that does not leak the water out. Observation done on leak repair work on a retaining wall and basement floors. The injection method is the repair technique done by injecting the material into the injection hole with the help of pressure from the compressor. Material injection consists of intraplast z, cement, and water. The stages of injection method are drilling, mounting nipple, mixing the injection material, injection of materials, and nipple cut.
