Proyek World Capital Tower menggunakan tower crane sebagai alat berat yang digunakan untuk mengangkut alat konstruksi dan material konstruksi. Tower crane utama terletak pada bagian tengah proyek, diantara antara bangunan utama dengan bangunan podium. Menggunakan tower crane Potain - MC 310 K12. Fondasi yang digunakan adalah bore pile dengan menggunakan tiang bore pile dari bangunan utama. Analisis ini menggunakan bentuk poer yang sudah direncanakan oleh PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring dan menggunakan tiang bore pile yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Acset Indonusa. Lokasi tower crane tersebut terdapat pada tanah kohesif. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa fondasi tower crane yang di rencanakan oleh PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjinirng pada proyek World Capital Tower aman untuk digunakan.

Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring and using bore piles that done by PT. Acset Indonusa. The location of the tower crane contained in cohesive soils . From this research it is known that the tower crane foundation that planned by PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring for World Capital Tower project is safe to use.
