PERAMALAN PRODUKSI BAHAN BAKU TEH PEKO SUPER BESAR DAN PEKO SUPER KECIL PT. RUMPUN SARI KEMUNING I, KARANGANYAR, JAWA TENGAH

PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I merupakan industri perkebunan teh yang berada di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Produksi teh di PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I tidak menentu dalam setiap bulannya, maka perlu dilakukan peramalan produksi. Peramalan dilakukan melalui aplikasi Winqsb dengan metode Single Exponential Smoothing with Trend dan Double Exponential Smoothing with Trend. Produk teh PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I yang dilakukan peramalan yaitu Peko Super Besar dan Peko Super Kecil. Jumlah periode yang akan diramalkan yaitu 12 periode/bulan untuk masing-masing produk. Metode peramalan terpilih adalah metode Double Exponential Smoothing with Trend untuk kedua produk yaitu Peko Super Besar dan Peko Super Kecil.

PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I is an tea industry located in Karanganyar, Central Java. Tea production process of PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I has a high fluctuation in every month, so it is necessary to do forecasting of the number of products. Forecasting was completed by using Winqsb with software Single Exponential Smoothing with Trend and Double Exponential Smoothing with Trend. There are two tea products PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning that used in this research, i.e at Peko super besar and peko super kecil. The number of periods thas used in forecasting is 12 period / month for each product. Double Exponential Smoothing with Trend has a better results to forcaste of both products is Peko Super Besar and Peko Super Kecil.
