Laporan ini membahas tentang pengelolaan terhadap arsip video di DPkM UGM. Adapun tujuan laporan ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan koleksi video KKN-PPM UGM dan mengetahui alur penciptaan hingga penyimpanan arsip video kegiatan KKN-PPM. Selain itu, kendala yang dihadapi selama proses pengelolaan arsip video. kegiatan pengelolaan arsip dimulai dari penciptaan arsip video, penataan arsip, penyimpanan arsip, dan perawatan arsip. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pertama, observasi yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan untuk mendapatkan data sebagai bahan penyusunan laporan Tugas Akhir. Kedua, adalah wawancara dengan melakukan tanya jawab untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengelolaan arsip video. Ketiga, studi pustaka ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat argumen dan data pendukung yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah bahwa kegiatan pengelolaan arsip video yang dilakukan di Direktorat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat UGM belum terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh undang undang nomor 43 tahun 2009 tentang kearsipan. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip video tidak terlalu sulit untuk diatasi. Kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip video adalah kurangnya tempat untuk menyimpan secara khusus arsip video dan juga kurangnya SDM untuk menangani arsip video tersebut.

This report focuses on the management of video archives in DPkM UGM. The purpose of this report to know the management of the video collection KKN PPM UGM and knowing the flow of video creation to archival storage KKN PPM activities. In addition, the obstacles encountered during the process of managing video archive. archive management activities starting from the creation of the video archives, managing the archive, archival storage, and maintenance records. The data collection is done in three stages. First, the observation is by direct observation in the field to obtain data as material for the preparation of final report. Second, is to do a question and answer interview to obtain information about the management of video archives. Third, this literature study is done to strengthen the arguments and supporting data that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The conclusion of this report is that the video archive management activities are conducted in Direktorat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat UGM has not done well in accordance with the procedures is specified undang-undang number 43 of 2009 on archives. Constraints in the implementation of the management of video archives are not too difficult to overcome. The main obstacle in the implementation of video archive management is the lack of places to store archives in particular video and also the lack of human resources to handle the video archive.
