Hubungan Antara Kelekatan Terhadap Ayah dengan Empati Pada Remaja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kelekatan terhadap ayah dan empati pada remaja. Partisipan terdiri 105 siswa sekolah menegah atas yang berusiaa 15 hingga 18 tahun, yang masih memiliki kedua orangtua (Laki-laki = 58, Perempuan = 47). Hipotesisnya adalah “Terdapat hubungan positif antara kelekatan terhadap ayah dengan empati pada remaja”. Ada dua skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini : skala kelekatan terhadap ayah (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,901) dan skala empati (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,885). Data dianalis dengan korelasi product moment dari Pearson, yang menghasilkan r = 0,268 dan p = 0,006. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian di terima. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between attachment to father and emphaty in adolescents. Participants were 105 senior high school students aged between 15 and 18 years old, whose parents still both alive (Male = 58, Female = 47). Hypothesis was “There is a positive correlation between attachment to father and empathy in adolescents”. Two scales were used in this research : attachment to father scales (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,901) and empathy scales (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,885). The data was analyzed with using Pearson’s product moment correlation, resulting in r = 0,268 and p = 0,006. Thus, the hypothesized positive correlation between attachment to father and empathy in adolescents was supported. Keywords : Attachment to Father, Empathy, Adolescence
