Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto Netherlands Indies Government Information Services (NIGIS) Di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia” merupakan hasil pengumpulan data dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto. Ruang lingkup permasalahannya antara lain bagaimana Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto, sarana yang digunakan, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto. Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Pertama observasi yaitu melihat secara langsung bagaimana Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Kedua wawancara dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang lebih lengkap melalui tanya jawab dengan narasumber yang berkompeten dengan tema peyusunan inventaris arsip foto. Dan yang terakhir adalah studi pustaka yaitu dengan menggunakan beberapa referensi dalam penyusunan laporan tugas akhir. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, penulis akhirnya mengambil kesimpulan, bahwa Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia belum optimal. Proses penyusunan sudah sesuai peraturan perundang undangan yang ada, namun keterbatasan narasumber mengakibatkan informasi yang disajikan belum lengkap dan belum sesuai dengan aspek keilmuan.

This final report writing, entiled “Managing Of Archives Inventory Of Netherlands Indies Government Information Services (NIGIS) Photograph In Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia”, is the result of data collection from field work practice that was be held at Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. This field work practice objective is to understand the photograph archives arrangement procedure. This problem area is. Among others, how the arrangement photograph archives, the equipment that used, and the obstacles encountered in the arrangement of photograph archive. The final report writing, is using three methods : observation, interview, and literature study. The first, observation has done by see how too arrangement photograph archives immediately in Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. For the second, iterviews were conducted by collecting data and more complete information through question and answer with a competent resource persons with the theme of the Managing Of Archives Inventory photograph. And the last method is literature study, It has done by using some reference in prepation of the final report. After collection data author make conclusion ultimately,that the arragment of Managing Of Archives Inventory Of Photograph In Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia isn’t optimal. Arrangement has appropriate the newest, laws and regulation but resource contraints resulted in the information presented isn’t completed and not recognized by scientific aspect.
