Penilaian rumah tinggal milik Bapak Purwoko yang beralamat di Jalan Kayen No.40 RT1/RW46, Desa Wedomartani, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Sleman untuk tujuan jual beli. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Biaya. Nilai Pasar tanah diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan harga jual. Nilai Pasar bangunan dihitung dengan metode survei kuantitas yaitu dengan menghitung Biaya Penggantian Baru dikurangi dengan penyusutan. Nilai Properti diperoleh dengan nilai tanah ditambah biaya penggantian baru dikurangi penyusutan. Nilai Pasar rumah tinggal yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar Rp713.035.022,00.

The market value of the land was obtained by using the method of comparison sales price. Market value is computed quantity survey method is to calculate the New Replacement cost reduced by depreciation. Property values obtained with the value of the land plus the replacement cost new less depreciation. The market value of the residence produced amounted Rp713.035.022,00.
